Calves Kickoff (U3-5) & Calves League (U6-10)
Please note for the 2024 season, IFC and ICFC will no longer be accepting payment at the Club.
- Full Payment – Full payment required within 7 days of draft team confirmation
- Instalments – Part payment can be made at any time as long as full payment is received by 31st March 2024
- Fair Play Voucher Part Payment (to submit fair play voucher click here)
All payments are to be made via bank transfer. This way both yourself and the club have an electronic record. Please ensure the reference is correct and you do not write “Fees”, “Soccer” ect because we can not link that to the player.

Governing Body Fees- These Fees are the mandatory Football Queensland (FQ) and Football Federation(FFA) fees
For the 2024 season, Football Queensland is only allowing players to pay via the Squadi System which has the following options:
- Full Payment – Full Payment taken at the time of registration
- Instalments – Governing Body Fees taken upfront and remainder split over monthly payments (final payment taken in June)
- Payment Plans (to request payment plan click here) – Players/Parents will need to request payment plan via website before registering. Individual links will be emailed to each player to complete registration. Initial Deposit will be taken to cover governing body fees and all payments to be settled by 30 June 2024
- Fair Play Voucher Part Payment – Fair Play Voucher will need to be submitted at the time of registration. Vouchers are unable to be accepted afterwards or added to installments and payment plans at this time.
Important Information
When do my fees need to be paid by?
Fees must be settled (paid in full or an installment/payment plan established for the balance of fees) before:
- Kits can be collected by players.
- Registrations via Squadi can be approved.
- Players can play games.
What if the player has trouble affording registration?
- The player/guardian can apply for a payment plan.(Only applicable to Metro Miniroo’s, Juniors, Seniors and FQ Academy)
- The player/guardian can apply for the State Government’s “Fair Play” program which entitles the player $150 towards their registration fee. Further details can be found here: https://www.qld.gov.au/recreation/sports/funding/fairplay

Notes
- The $150 will be added to the players account ONLY once the money is in the Clubs bank account which can take up to 4 weeks.
- Not all vouchers are accepted by State Government, this is 100% out of the Clubs control.
- Please do not hand your voucher to coaches, managers, Club Volunteers or the Canteen. The Club takes no responsibility for vouchers not submitted correctly.
