A New Era for Ipswich FC: We are pleased to announce that Ipswich FC has successfully maintained our Football Queensland Silver Academy Program status for the 2026 season. This certification reflects our commitment to providing the highest standards of technical leadership and player development.
To build on this success, we have made a strategic investment in an expanded Technical Team, including a full-time Technical Director and specialised Head of Department roles, ensuring every player—from our Calves to our Masters—receives a premium football experience.
Membership Fees

2026 Additional Roles
- Full-Time Technical Director: Sam’s experience with Gold Academy Programs and international work as Head Analyst for the Papua New Guinea National Men’s Team will directly elevate our technical standards and resources for the entire club.
- Head of Individual Development:Â Dedicated to implementing structured programs for player-specific technical growth.
- Head of Community:Â This role will ensure the technical direction benefits all our Community Teams, making sure every player receives a quality experience.
- Head of Coach Development:Â Focused on continuously upskilling our Community and Academy coaching team to deliver the best possible training across all age groups.
