Most Academy questions regarding training schedules, arrival times, and game-day logistics can be answered instantly within your team’s communication group.

  • Your Primary Link: Your Team Manager is your first point of contact for all daily logistics.
  • Technical Advice: For questions regarding player development or coaching, please speak with your Head Coach.

Before contacting a volunteer, please utilise our Self-Service resources.
Our Community teams are the heart of the club and are led by volunteer parents. To keep our fees affordable and respect our coaches’ time, Ipswich FC operates on a self-service model for all general information.

  • Your Primary Resource: 90% of questions regarding field locations, kick-off times, and club policies are answered on the [Ipswich FC Website] or within your Online Portal.
  • The “Rule of Two”: Please check the Website and your Online Portal before escalating a query to a volunteer.
  • When to Escalate: If you have searched our digital resources and still require assistance, or have feedback regarding the program, please contact our Community Director at CD@IpswichFC.com.au.

Admin & Registrations

The Registrar inbox is a shared resource managed by volunteers who balance these duties with full-time professional careers and their own families.

  • What we handle: Unique registration errors, complex payment plans, and Blue Card processing.
  • Response Window: Our admin team operates Tuesday – Thursday. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 72 business hours of our mid-week opening.

⚠️ Weekend & Match-Day Disclaimer

Our administration inbox is NOT monitored from Friday through Monday. During this period, our entire club focus shifts to match-day operations and supporting our players on the field. Please do not send multiple follow-up emails over the weekend; this creates a backlog that further delays our ability to help you. If you email on a Friday, your query will be seen when our volunteers return to the office on Tuesday.
