All players must arrive in the correct attire to represent the club professionally. Closed-in shoes are mandatory for all players and volunteers when on or near the technical areas.

  • U13 to U18: Club player polo, black shorts, and closed-in shoes.

  • U8 to U12: Training jersey, match shorts, and closed-in shoes.

Change Room Guide (Fields 1 & 2)

Change rooms are available specifically for matches on Fields 1 and 2. Please leave the changerooms clean and tidy, this includes away matches.

  • Belongings: Do not leave bags or personal items in the rooms during the match.
  • Half-Time Use: Rooms are only to be used if they are vacant.
  • Compliance: Please refer to the additional instructional signage posted at the entrance of each room.

Ground Official Requirements

To ensure a safe environment, every home match requires one volunteer (18+) per team to act as a Ground Official.

  • The Role: High visibility is your primary goal. Wearing the official vest is usually sufficient to maintain standard spectator decorum.
  • The Vest: Located at the player bench (Technical Area).
  • Rotation: Please coordinate with your Team Manager. If all parents assist, you will likely only need to volunteer once per season.

Warm-Up Locations & Field Access

Special Notice: Due to four fields operating simultaneously this weekend, please check the updated physical signage for specific warm-up zones.

  • Field of Play: Strictly no warming up or sibling play on the fields.
  • Timing: Teams may enter the field for warm-up 10 minutes prior to Kick-Off, provided the previous match has concluded and the pitch is clear.

Field Setup & Pack-Up

Our club relies on community help to keep the match day running smoothly.

Setup:

  • Most fields will be pre-set. Assistance may be requested for Gazebos, benches, and defining the Technical Area.

Pack-Up (Last Match of the Day): If your team is the final match on a specific field, the following must be completed:

  • Goals: Move goals to the fence line in front of the corresponding field sign.
  • Flags: Return all corner flags to the White Shed.
  • Gazebos: Pack down and return to the White Shed.
  • Cleanliness: Ensure all rubbish is collected and placed in bins.
